Comedy at The Megaro Bar Hosted by Banterbash

This luxurious Cocktail Bar in the heart of London will be filled to the brim with laughter after work on Tuesday 20th August. The perfect venue to kick back and immerse yourself with good people and great comedy from some of the best up and coming UK Comedians.

Doors open at 6.30pm so get your cocktails in during the happy hour with a range of delicious cocktails to choose from! Show starts at 7.30pm.

Line Up:

The night will be hosted by 24 year old Kazeem Jamal who has performed all over the UK in such a short space of time. His 1 man show "No Dad, No Problem!" will be taking place on 18th October which is not one to be missed! With his quick witty come backs, he's not one to be heckled! "Kazeem has burst on to the comedy scene, with the confidence and stage charisma of acts who have been in the business for decades, Kazeem is proving himself to be a fine addition to the comedy circuit." - Top Secret Comedy Club.

Darran Griffiths - A comedian, host and podcaster born and raised in Harlow, to Jamaican parents, he has a blend of Caribbean confidence and Essex irreverence. Flagrant, thought-provoking and funny. To date, he has already appeared on television and radio, including Yanga TV, Pulse88 FM and BBC Radio. Also he has performed at some of the top comedy clubs including Downstairs at the King's Head and the Comedy Store. In 2018, he achieved the Amused Moose New Comedian Semi Finalist title, Leicester Square Theatre New Comedian runner up and was nominated for the 2018 BBC best New Comedian title.

Phileo Huff - Born and raised in Atlanta Georgia, delivers unapologetic comedy with touchy subjects including sex, drug use, politics and suicide. Some say his comedy is offensive, some say it makes him the funniest comedian they've ever seen! You can decide for yourself!

Christopher Savage - As well as creating one of the UK's funniest events "Time to Laugh", Christopher has been touring around the UK with experienced comedians. His online presence has catapulted him into big things within the workd of comedy - Definitly one to watch for 2019!! He's also known for his 'Man Like Branches' character which has a huge following on YouTube.

Luke Craig - Winner of the Cavendish Summer competition in 2018. Luke survived growing up in Croydon, South London. He became a young father and moved his family to Surrey where he sticks out like a sore thumb. His comedy draws on his experience of adjusting to a middle class lifestyle becoming a dad and having children that could possibly be smarter than him already.

Our headline act Joshua Robertson:

Joshua Robertson: At age 11, he was in a motor bike crash. Now at 23, he's been working as a comedian for 5 and a half years. He started his comedy career in Australia where he first preformed in Adelaide, Sydney and Melbourne. He then travelled to Indonesia, toured the UK and New York City and have performed for royalty at the Rose Theatre Kingston and appeared on BBC3 and many other shows and also won Joker of the Year 2015! As well as being a comedian Joshua is also a motivational speaker and talk abouts the motor bike crash that changed his life forever and how it's affected him with a clear and overriding message "always wear a helmet" !!!
